Where Dreams Become Books

Once upon a time, a little girl fell in love with stories…

Her Pop-Pop would tell bedtime tales of the Blue Hulk, the Purple Hulk, and—of course—the classic Green one.

Her other grandparents gifted her hardbound books with gold lettering that shimmered like treasure. She was almost afraid to open them—almost—worried the magic might vanish if she peeked inside.

Then came Spielberg. His Amazing Stories (and everything else he created in the ’80s) lit up her imagination like fireworks. She spun in tornadoes with Dorothy, bent time with Marty McFly, and learned to trust the Force with Luke Skywalker.

Who needs the real world when MAKE BELIEVE is just a page away?

In third grade, homebound for three months, she wrote: Bears in bikinis Haunted candy mansions Transcripts of The Wizard of Oz (yes—she can still recite the first 20 minutes!)

In fourth grade, she won her first writing award—first place in the state of Florida. In fifth, her teacher wrote on a short story: “Save this for publication.”

She thought writers were royalty. Turns out? They’re real people… who do magical things.

Her first novel—Clifton Chase and the Arrow of Light—told the story of an ordinary kid who becomes a hero. Because that’s what Jaimie believes stories should do:

✨ Make you laugh, cry, and wonder ✨ Stretch your beliefs and open your heart ✨ Leave you changed, even if only a little ✨ Be everything your life can’t… and sometimes, everything it already is

But the real magic came later.

👧 Seeing kids light up with her stories 💬 Hearing how her words inspired, comforted, or challenged 💖 Realizing she wasn’t just telling stories—she was starting conversations that changed lives

That’s why the Engleverse exists. That’s why it keeps growing. Because in here, anything is possible. And you are always invited to step inside.

🎞️ From Print to Screen…

In 2021, the story shifted formats. The author became a screenwriter, and the page transformed into a screenplay.

In just 15 months, I:

  • Sold her first feature-length script
  • Watched it go into production
  • Saw her name light up the big screen

A dream? Yes. But even more than that—it was a sign. The Engleverse was expanding.

She sold the book rights, adapted the novel, and landed her first traditional publishing deal, proving once again that stories are meant to move—and be moved.

Today, multiple projects are/have been:

🔹 Optioned

🔹 In development

🔹 Backed by major studios and producers, including powerhouse DreamWorks Animation Studio
